Hi all, I'm Mrs Lim of Block B. We shifted about 2 weeks ago. Like this place very much, except for some poor maintenance of the security doors to the lift lobbies. I noticed floor 3A and 4A card readers were spoilt. Not sure if they have been repaired. Do not have time to complain or check with the maintenance office yet.

Welcome the Lim family.
I have also tried to ask the management to join this forum, so they can understand what's happening before we even make a formal complaint. Somehow, they kept giving the excuse they don't have internet.
Let's have a gathering ourselves soon, and we shall discuss on the forming of JMB so that we can make things better.

Hi all, I can't wait to move in ASAP. most probably in January 2014 onwards. Currently still until designing our unit. I really hope that I will have a good stay there and really really hope we will have a very good JMB. Currently I am staying at other condo, with a lot of problems of the tenancy, poor maintenance/facilities, poor security. everything poor!! except it has a very good location near LRT and monorail sometimes i am hoping to be a chairman of the condo. so i can do what i think is the best hahaha... |

Hi Everyone,
I am Ms. Woo. Moved in 3 months ago.. Bought a unit in Block A through subsale from a korean group.
Like What i commented in other topic, I am dissatisfied with the current management team..
I just made a complaint to the senior manager , Mr. Maran. They has been holding my deposit for 2 months (since I submitted the original receipt to them on Jul13) , untill today, the mgmt team still informed that it is under process by HQ. I called to HQ and was informed the document jus reached them TODAY...
Oh no.. i was really frustrated ....

hi everyone just call me MR LEE my unit is in block A.currently looking for a good and relaible contractor to do some reno works, any recommendations from my fellow neighbours?
plan to move in by early next year.

i saw some maintenance guy went up to top floor probably going to the roof on saturday night around 10 i guess, but that was in Block B...

for members, you can start new thread in any of the category, such as under 'general', 'security' and etc.
let me know if i a new category that you want to start? or is it just a new thread?
if is just a new thread, click into any of the category, then look for the button 'new thread' on bottom right.
