Hello, I am a second buyer~~~i just received my key~~~ May i know how many key should be given for the main door? all the keys, access card, and parking cards should have 2 sets. if some are missing, please check with your agent. sometimes, they prefer to keep it until you ask from them as they can use it to bring other potentials to view the surrounding or even your unit as well as they know u won't so quickly move in... sad to know but this is malaysia where everything boleh...  |

Yo people!
I'm CN. Renovating my unit in Block A. I think that contractor guy Mr Chia is afraid of me calling or seeing him. He basically kena screwed by me inside out, left to right.
1. Bathroom piping leaking. Mr Chia had to hack wall and re-do.
2. Aircond pipe for room 2 was blocked. Mr Chia had to hack and re-do.
3. Kitchen sink no plumbing hole in wall. Actually there was but covered. Mr Chia had to find the hole.
Pity Mr Chia had to endure so much brutalization from me due to his workers incompetences.
Anyway renovating now. Moving end May or early June. See ya.

hi there, im Ben, met ray awhile ago, finally got the time to login  remember to open eyes big2 and check for small defects, can be a problem in future, make sure berjaya does a good job cause they normally wont. oh and, access cards, 2 each (blk & white) keys - 3 each letter box - 2 berjaya will keep main door 1 key until the defect stage is completed, so once done, remember to take it back and remember to take your toilet seats too |
