Hi Chan,
nice to have you here. I think probably you are the first member after me.
Just wondering have you sign up for Unifi? Because I just checked with management office, they are collecting the applicants and once they have more or less 50%, the Telekom people will come and install unifi for covillea residents. They have many forms in the management office.

Hi, I am CK. own a unit in block A. My unit is currently rented to one fine gentleman staying with family. My unit is for investment purposes. Hope more owner will come and join. We can share our view to our beloved property. Cheers

i got a unit in Block A .... now only got time to find lighting and make cabinet plus table top .... plan to rent but havent even got a tenant .... too busy la......
but i have been receiving plenty of calls from agents la ... whoever is selling the list is making some money there man.....

I'm applying Time, cos most review from lowyat is Time>Unifi>Maxis. hopefully Time giving good services to our condo.

I wanted to try and apply Time, but I heard someone saying the quality of Time really depends on your luck. and he said the connection sux when he was using it in his company.
plus once if we signed up Time, is there a trial period so that we can still cancel it without getting penalty from the contract?

hi im alex, bought an unit in block b - tru subsale end of last yaer...waiting key handover now..
just wondering whether i need to take note of anything wen got the key? coz i do not think the previous owner check the unit at all when he got the key from developer previously...

there's few things you need to discuss with your S&P lawyer:
1) Arrange with management to check for defects (1-2 weeks)
2) Check how much previous owner had paid on maintenance (most of them have overpaid as required by Berjaya, thus your lawyer will need to calculate how much need to bear by yourself, it would be the date you get the key meaning after 2nd release of loan)
3) Utilities (T&B and Syabas) you will either need to transfer or reopen new account
