There was one case or attempted home invasion/break-in in Block A this morning. Fortunately the unit was occupied and the person scared the crooks away. Cops were on site tonight.
1. Apparently the guards were unhelpful and was at loss. Looks like there is no SOP. 2. Cops unable to view security cameras until tomorrow morning as the guards have no access/knowledge of operating the rewind function. 3. There is no camera along the corridor and if the crooks did not use the lifts, I guess we won't be able to pinpoint anybody.
I think this is an inside job.

Hi Korndamned,
Could you share more information on this incident? When does this happen? The suspect looks like a student, contractor, local or foreigner?
I guess we should consider to enhance our current security system (for eg. upgrading to 3-tier security system, adding more CCTV, hire more security guards to patrol and etc). What do you guys think?
