Feel free to speak up, either you think it's too low and you are worried that if management can actually upkeep the facilities to an optimum standard, or if you think it's too damn expensive that it should be discussed like what are the things that management could do or perhaps provide free wifi around common areas thus making the maintenance fee worth its value.

Based on the current security agent & the facilities. Really need to improve on it. Especially during night time, I been saw it a chit chat venue for those mcd delivery staffs & taxi drivers are parked at block B entrance for chatting... But security agent MIA.

once we form the JMB, we shall appoint another security company. the current one just won't make it as their attitude and behavior is just ridiculous.

sometimes, I receive some pizza Brochures at my entrance.. wonder how could our management allow this happen..

Unfortunately, the committee members are also still pushing for new management and better security guard. But only 2 out of 9 people wanting it to happen. There are a few in the committee who were ex-Berjaya people so they only know how to talk and not doing anything like the Berjaya people themselves. Please complaint more to the guards and management office so that those more than half in the committee will know that people are not like them, chinamen apek thinking with no future sights on better life of others. We want a change for better life.

One more thing though, JMB is already formed. But sad to say only 2 members are really trying to push for better stuff, the rest are against them. Talk to the chairman Mr. How and the secretary Ms. Tan (please get the correct Ms. Tan as there are 2 Ms. Tan in the committee) on your complaints and they can help forward it during committee meeting. They are both kinda fighting a losing war with the other committee members who were living in their own world claiming all is good and well and no change is needed.

I fully agree that we must speak up.
If we keep our thoughts to ourselves, nobody knows what is in our mind.
From my own personal experience, seeing and observing what two of our committee members contribution to Covillea, I have nothing but thankfulness and gratitude to them.
Firstly, Ms Tan, our JMB Secretary. I was paying my maintenance at the management office and Ms Tan came in. She enquired about the Security guard table for the lift lobby. She was so polite, respectful and persistent. She was gently persuasive yet firm for the things to be delivered without further delay. A couple of weeks later, the things were there in the lift lobby minus the security guard. He preferred to sit outside together with the other security guard. The next visit, the table and chair were taken out and placed outside where the 2 security guards sat together for their chit chat.
I have observed Ms Tan on a number of occasions where she poured her heart and soul into doing what is best for Covillea. Thank you Ms Tan, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Our Chairman, Mr. How works tirelessly. On one occasion when I was leaving for Covillea at 10 pm. I was surprised to see Mr. How, checking out the lights. He counted, recounted, tallied, retallied the number of lights not working. It was dark, it was drizzling. But it did not keep our humble, "young" man from carrying out the menial job at that hour. He need not have to do it. But to our Chairman, Mr. How, I could see that it was a labour of love. It was not for himself. It was for all of us at Covillea. He goes round, keeping a sharp eye on things that should be righted. Thank you so very much Mr. How. God Bless You and Your Wife.
These are two of the Committee members that I had personally seen and observed. They are contributing their time, talent and resources for the betterment of Covillea. The least we can all do is to stand by them (and the entire JMB), contribute in whatever way we can. It is hard work for just a few people to shoulder so much responsibilities.

Yeah, so far Ms. Tan and Mr. How are the only two working and not just talking while the rest of the committee members are only talking most of the time. There is even one committee member who is objecting two of them all the time. Mr. Quah from block A. According to him, it is okay to move in on weekends, security is very good, and no change is needes. Was wondering if he is blind or that he just doesn't care. Perhaps he should be voted out from the committee. Mr. How and Ms. Tan were even threatened by some residents for upholding the rules that are common for a lot of condos. Maybe should make a police report.

Thanks for the sharing and nice to hear that people are doing much voluntarily, especially for the good of us and the environment. Didn't know that there are some member sitting there who are against positive changes and they are the one who are (and can) making decisions on behalf of the management and us residents.
