Coming Arp 2014, we have new Management. Would like to check with you all what is the payment method to settle the Maintenance fee? Do we still pay to Berjaya MBB account?
What is new Bank Account?
Besides that, I didn't see any charges for Quit Rent on this year. It is by group or individual?
Any group purchase fire insurance? If yes, where I can get a copy of fire insurance cert/invoice for my housing loan.
