Hi,
Coming Arp 2014, we have new Management. Would like to check with you all what is the payment method to settle the Maintenance fee? Do we still pay to Berjaya MBB account?
What is new Bank Account?
Besides that, I didn't see any charges for Quit Rent on this year. It is by group or individual? Any group purchase fire insurance? If yes, where I can get a copy of fire insurance cert/invoice for my housing loan.

I share the same concerns with Tay. I just paid my March maintenance to Berjaya. Would like to request for a copy of my quit rent, fire insurance for my unit too.
Speaking of which, did Berjaya fully transferred the balance of maintenance fund and also sinking fund? Please ensure they provide full set of as builts of the property including all maintenance manuals and contacts of all contractors/suppliers. especially the swimming pool contractor.
