I think Ms. Tan, secretary of JMB should be allowed to resigned and should make a police report for her own and her family safety.
After her volunteer hard work on security and management, all she gets were childish comments, unheard voices, death threats and damage of her car. It would only be a matter of time before she and her family will be physically hurt.
A 3-4 hours meeting a week. After that to write the minutes, dealing with security and management 3-4 times daily as they are incompetents. Received death threats from various unreasonable tenants when upholding the obvious rules that exists in many condos. 1 car rim was stolen as a start. Then nails were thrown at car park which puncures the tire. Wanted to check cctv to catch the culprit but all cctv just for block B are all spoilt.
Honestly, the excuses were sorry, I don't know or you should tell me. Come on, are you still in school where you are spoon-fed by teachers. Why not go ahead and tell your employers that and see what you get. What else, I have to work, yeah, are you the only one who has to work? That is called planning ahead. If you don't understand how to plan, pay someone to do it.
Apart from hours spent that is not being paid, who is paying for the missing rim, who is paying for the punctured tyre, who is there to make sure the safety of her family?
And of all the hard work and the frustration dealing with the security and management, oh, it's fine to break rules. If that why obey the red lights? Please do try to open your mind and think of others and not selfish gain. Honestly, the mindset and the community of Covillea is much weaker than the one of a condo less than 100k per unit.
So, after puncture of tyre and talking to the management, she was warned that she shouldnt have told the supervisor of the management, why? Because that supervisor is in very good terms with the big boss of current security group.
New management team and security team are taking over hopefully in another month but can she survived all these by then?
