Dear Ray,
Truly appreciate your timely warning...since the car park is not fully utilised yet.
Yes those bumps are ugly as well as damaging to our vehicles.
Best to do without them.
Thanks Ray.

Well, better have the bumps than having people speeding with screeching sound and worst, kill people. Encountered 3 cars speeding yesterday.

And one more thing, please turn on your headlamps while you are driving in the parking area even though it's still bright outside. So the other people/car can be more aware. Thanks!

Yes, it is good to have the headlights on when driving in the car park though it is bright outside.
There are some dangerous sharp corners and certain portions of the car park are shut out from the sun's rays.
Good and sound advice.
Thank you.

It is always heart warming to know that owners/residents/tenants work towards the betterment of everyone.
No one likes to see harm or injury befall any one. For those of us who like to speed in the car park, if you do not think of your own safety, think of your love ones. The pain they will have to endure if you are injured.
These good, uplifting postings took me back to the time when I stayed in a condo in PJ for 5 years.
We were on the look out for one another; we cared, we shared.
Life was really good as there was goodwill all round. We do not have fear for a fellow resident as we had built on a strong foundation of trust and faith. You can be black, you can be brown or you can be white. We were one big family.
Covillea too had a good start. At our first AGM, everyone felt good towards one another. We can all build further on that. Happiness breeds further happiness.
Thank you once again to those that have made my day.
Do continue to do what you are good at doing; spreading goodwill and cheer all round.
Kind regards.

I believe that we are all mature people, that we can practice self-responsibility. With more awareness or probably some good signage to remind people of driving responsibly, we won't need to have speed bumps to control ourselves from driving recklessly.
We have enough of speed bumps, it usually only creates more wear and tear to the vehicle than saving lives most of the time. It is with our conscience and responsibility that makes it safe not just speed bumps.

I am happy too because it reflects that we truly care.
Thanks to all your contributions.
Let us all make this forum a meeting place, to voice our views, to share what we know, how we can help one another.
Covilleans, you all are awesome. ;D

too bad, the first speed bumps have been installed.
partially thanks to those inconsiderate drivers that like to screech their tyres and now every resident have to suffer because of you.

The bumps are good, people finally slow down and skretching sounds lessen. Few sped pass them though.
