Good to hear that, today I will meeting with Berjaya Management staff. To discuss about the overall Covellea security system, may ask them to increase the traffic mirror in car park area. Will update it later.

i also notice the high amount of vehicles constantly parked at the visitor bays. in riana green, all guest need to display a visitor signage in their vehicle when parked in visitor bays. failing which, a clamp would be enforced. perhaps we should consider doing this as well?

Does anyone know whether there's a plan to upgrade or enhance the security of our place? For eg. 3-Tier security, more guards patrolling the surrounding, increase number of guards and lastly more responsible/hardworking guards =)

Hi Isaac, i have introduce to the committee team of the security company from my parent's place. i think they are in the midst of discussion and probably will change the security company. no matter how, also we have to finish the current contract to avoid paying for penalty fees.

The problems complaint in this topic had been constantly addressed to the management as well but sad to say nothing much is done. Change of securities seem to have taken place but the backlash is one of the person pushing for it had her tyre slashed this morning. This is a half a million start up condo but security and management is less than a 99k start up condo.

Please assist me to the direct channel of complaining the below: There was one security guard pressed my door bell at 3.50AM last night and informing my shoe rack should not put at the corridor area. I knew this is not right but he should not press the door bell at mid night and ask me to put back the shoe rack in the house. That is redicurious to do this at this hour, right? I asked him that does he Know what time is it now but he kept repeating the same sentence for shoe rack. The whole family ( including my 3 years old kid) was awake for this. Terrible experience.
