Ive noticed security guard is not being placed 24/7 at the entrance block B (P2) which kinda bothers me (contractors/ah chi/ah kao walk in/out anytime); does it bother you? And moreover, you can access the building from other levels, only P2 has the doors locked (need white card).
Ive complaint this to mgt many times, but still i dont see guards being placed there 24/7. Can we all make the same complaint? Does this happen in block A?
Also, why bother putting 1 guard near the swimming pool when they should put guards at strategic entrances? eg: lobby (P2), parking P1 until P4A entrances, playground (you can actually climb in from the other side) makes more sense right for better security?
Anyone noticed them patrolling the corridors? I havent...
Felt a lack of security for the amount of maintenance we are paying per month.

Hi Ben, maybe you can try to take some photographs to make it a stronger case.
Also if possible, we need to start finding out those residents in Covillea that are working in Berjaya, thus better chances to escalate our issues. You know any?

yup, we need to form a residents meeting with management office. I had notice alot of issue after movie in. Like Ben say, the security guard is a big issue and alot of student making noise over the mid night at their own unit or public area.

agree on that CCP, if u notice, got either indian or arab song, on very very loud at night, and weekend, i think they are drunk, start playing drums, i will start recording the sounds if it happens again. i already taken picture of "no guard" at lobby once, will do on daily basis if i find no guards around. moreover, they paste a notice to say contractor cannot use lobby entrance but can use P1 entrance, WTF, no difference to me since P1 always "not locked", any idiot can come in, not just contractors. and besides, most contractors dont know how to read english, they should put all languages.

I have complaint this to management too, not the 1 in our condo & is to HQ. Hope this can solve it.
I might arrange a meeting with Berjaya HQ, this to discuss on condo safety & etc.
By the way, when we can form up JMB? Is advise better to form it up ASAP.

just had a terrible terrible experience with the security guard yesterday.
i was swimming at the pool with my friend.
fine, i was swimming around 11pm. i know we were wrong.
but the way the security guards talked to us was horrible. they talk to us as if they are our bosses.
i tried to argue with him that we aren't making any single noise as we are just resting and relaxing and not even doing any actual swimming and that we will promise to keep our voice down. they kept insist that we must go and we must not swim.
in the end, he end up calling another 2 security guards to confront us as if they are going to fight us. and there is one security guard that looks quite young, even scolded us at our back and the way he stare and talk to us as if they are going to whack us.
oh yeah, and i just realised they are from indonesia.
i would not be surprised if they actually from the part of indonesia where they slaughter the chinese during '98.
SERIOUSLY I CAN't LIVE WITH THE PEOPLE ANYMORE. It is nightmare.

Complaint it to berjaya. Since berjaya had discuss it to them and they should / must polite when talk to the owner.

things would only worsen when the berjaya sound the guards as they would only feel more angered that we complaint about them and they would take it as a personal grudge.
they will only try to play along the books and use unnecessary rules to inconvenient us.

As last night, that is a group of middle east ppl talking so loud n playing music since 11pm until 230am near bbq area. why those security not come to them? and this is not 1st time this thing happen.
This berjaya should take the resposiblity cause they hiring un-train ppl as security guard. Those guard are staying those wood house at end of the road. I suspect those guard are construction worker which came after Covillea construction done. That is no point asking Berjaya to scold or warning the current security guard, is need to force Berjaya to change the whole new patch which is from security company.
Ray, my advice now is no point to fight with those ppl as we duno their backgroup and they are from no where (which is not from security company).

yeah. Agree with you. We really do not know their background.
And Berjaya has as much responsibility to play if they are found hiring unqualified security for such a condo charging a maintenance that is way above the normal rates.
Can someone here that works for Berjaya, speak up already?

i have read somewhere only Malaysian's and nepalese gurkhas are allowed to be hired as security guards.
if someone can check this, we can approach the management to improve the guards selection.

definitely, my parents are staying in kota kemuning.
and the security guards are from nepal. not sure they are the real gurkhas as usually only like singapore customs has the need to hire the real gurkhas.
they are doing a damn good job. it actually help to increase the property value there too.
i will check with my uncle as he is the RC member and get the security company number.
they are not just hardworking but really really polite. And they always put on a smile too.
