Hi all, I pass by gym room few times and notice that the gym facilities are not being placed back well. I found that there is no CCTV at GYM room, so nobody will know what happen if something is missing or spoil. I did talk to kak Suli abt this issue and she said guard will go there to check few times daily. please share your opinion thanks

i think is good to have CCTVs in gym room, just in case also if any accident happen, someone will know.

also worry if windows are left opened without closure. rainwater can easily damage the laminated flooring.

Passed by Gym room few times and noticed the air cond is still operated but there is no one in the room! Besides that, the windows also opened widely The guard seems didn't really help to take care about it Of cos, the residents should be take care of this facility.......

I think the gym room should install this gadget. It is not that expensive compared to the amounts of energy can be saved. It comes with a sensor to detect if anyone is in the room, and it can be set to switch on and off when the room is empty after let say 15,30, or an hour. The link is here, not sure if any local stores in Malaysia can find such equipment. www.eco-energysavers.co.uk/html/energy_saving_overview.html

In the meantime, we can also put up a printout advising gym users to switch off the air-conditioner and windows when they leave the premise. Sometimes, we only need to encourage the people to become responsible and it will do the trick and save money.
Can somebody do the print out and post it up as I have not moved in yet.

hi all gym users,
i don't know if i remembered correctly, i used to see a radio, and a weighing machine at the gym. now they are all gone, were they being taken away by management?
And I also suggest management to purchase a water drinking machine to be place right outside the gym. Well, at least a suggestion worth to be discussed right after we have form our own JMB.

a gadget is good. i went to a low medium cost apartment once and the gym is operated via few switches. the switch, once on would be off on its own after 2 hours max. a simple and effective method to control unnecessary wastage. as for the windows, perhaps they should fully encased it like most other gyms elsewhere?
