Would like to get some advise on how you guys install the water filter.
Do any of you all install the external water filter?
Do we need to get management to open the outside door to the water piping? Do they even allow for installing the external water filtration?

I think all this we need to wait til we form JMB first. As the current management is very reluctant to do anything as they know they might leave soon.

To the best of my understanding, the jmb (Joint Management Body) comprises both the owners and developers to form a body to manage the high rise building jointly until the strata title is issued. Perhaps at this point of time, to find out from the developers when and how soon the strata title will be obtained.
The strata title act is undergoing revision and when implemented, the strata title will be given to the owners during the handing over of keys. I am uncertain whether the process of the strata title revision is complete.
On the subject of filter system for the whole of covillea, I think it can be done. I have seen big anti bacteria filters set up for condo residents. I can check on that but I need time to do a comprehensive check and whether the condo management is prepared to share their knowledge. Will give it a shot.
In the meantime, can I suggest that a place be identified for the location of the filter system?

I think the filtration system location will be usually at the main pipe entering the condo which is most likely located around the visitor car parks area near the guardhouse.

Hi, anyone knows what's happening to the water supply in Block A? My unit's water supply was cut off from 10pm on Monday night.
