23 Dec 2019, at 11.20PM, I was parked downstairs, waiting for a friend of mine at block B. Some degenerate threw a plastic bag containing shit from one of the floors onto the slope right outside the turnabout at Block B. The shit smeared all over my car. The guard witnessed it too, and when I asked what he was going to do about it, he said he couldn’t because he didn’t know which floor.
This shit smearing behaviour is unacceptable and hazardous. It could be anyone of us who could’ve gotten hit by the bag. Management, please take action against these high rise litter and file a police report if necessary.
